1st of March today!! Summer is officially over and autumn has arrived. And that's exciting cos it means that my birthday and Easter are both in 3 weeks!!
First week of uni is over! Only... something like 11 or 12 to go... subjects seem like they will be ok. ... Thursdays are my day off, and all my other days are just for 3 hrs...
Tuesday was a hectic day. Went to jeff's swimming carnival at 8:30... watched his medley race... then had a psychology lecture at 11am. Was meant to finish uni at 1pm. But no. They decided that they would run the tutes (which they said they wouldnt do!!) That meant i finished uni at 3pm. And i had to get home and changed and be ready to start work at 4pm. (i just made it in time). Finished work at 6:10, and then had to be home in time for alison to pick me up at 6:15!! ... i dont think i need to say she had to wait a few minutes for me... what made it worse though, was that i didnt really ever have an opportunity to eat. So i had a piece of toast and an apple for breakfast... then a lollypop from the co-op bookshop ... then a piece of bread that was shoved into my mouth when ali picked me up... that was all i ate from 6am to 8:30pm...
Nervous/worried about the 27th March. That's the day of my operation (my foot). I wasn't worried about it, but they sent me the pre-admission booklet and letters and stuff on Thursday and it went on and on about all the risks and stuff... such as being aware of what is going on (thats the scary one), stroke, eye-sight damage, nervous system damage, death, could stop breathing and they will have to intubate which could lead to damage to mouth, teeth, throat etc... and the list goes on...
Soo much to say!! well, not actually that much, just that i want to talk!! About something...! gossip session anyone??
